Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of materials for renal replacement therapy procedures together with the lease of devices, single-use bronchoscopes with a monitor, and single-use medical equipment, hereinafter referred to in the SWZ as the “goods”, for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Białystok, in the quantities, assortment, and with the parameters specified in Annexes Nos. 2.1-2.5 to the SWZ – Detailed Tender Form. 2.
