Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the service of performing repairs and maintenance of BRIDGEMASTER E and VISIONMASTER FT radar equipment and their parts and components in the years 2026-2030, carried out in accordance with the procurement documents. Details concerning the subject matter of the contract and the tender evaluation criteria will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which, together with the description of the subject matter of the contract, will be provided to Contractors invited to submit tenders. 2. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure the provision of the full scope of operational support within the scope of the “Operational and Technical Requirements for performing repairs and maintenance of radar equipment”, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement. 3. The scope of the subject matter of the contract specified in paragraph 2 shall be carried out following prior confirmation by the Contracting Authority that it has financial resources for this purpose in the given year. Confirmation shall take place by 31 December of the preceding year. If financial resources are not received for the performance of the Service in a given year, the Contracting Authority may withdraw from the performance of the Agreement. In such a case, the Contractor may claim only the remuneration due for the performance of part of the Agreement. 1.
