Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of the components of the DMS-65 modular road bridge. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is set out in the Detailed Technical Specification (SST) for the Repair and Maintenance of the DMS-65 Bridge - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and the draft contractual provisions - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the applicable technical standards and technologies. 4. The bridge shall be delivered to the place where the repairs and maintenance work are to be carried out by the Contractor. The Contractor shall bear all costs associated with delivering the bridge to the Contracting Authority after completion of the maintenance. Until the bridge is handed over to the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall bear the risk of its loss or damage. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that persons performing the activities of cleaning and preparing the bridge's steel surfaces for painting and applying paint coatings to those surfaces be employed under an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor.
