Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the supply entitled "Sanitary container". 2. The sanitary container should meet, among others, the following requirements: a) Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the implementing regulations for the Act, taking into account the requirements concerning emergency vehicles; b) the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended); c) the container and its equipment must have a valid certificate of approval confirming compliance with the requirements of the regulation referred to in point b; the valid certificate of approval for the container and valid certificates of approval for equipment subject to approval must be delivered no later than on the date of the technical and quality acceptance of the container; d) the container must comply with the requirements of Annex No. 20 to the "Guidelines for the standardization of equipment for firefighting vehicles and other means of transport of the State Fire Service"; f) the container must be equipped, among others, with: - min. 3 shower cubicles, - min. 4 washbasins, - a changing room, - min. 2 toilet cubicles, - a clean water tank and a wastewater tank, - an electric water heater, - electrical and water installations, - protective and work clothing, - sanitary, household and bathroom supplies. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Clause concerning cancellation of the procedure. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The task is carried out under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for the years 2025–2026. 1.
