Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 factory-new marked plug-in hybrid vehicles for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, with the possibility of increasing the number of vehicles ordered under the option right by a maximum of 4 units. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicles purchased under the option be identical to the basic (guaranteed) vehicle. 2. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements concerning the contract have been specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1A to the draft contractual provisions and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide in the tender, in addition to the price, also: - the make, model, version and year of manufacture of the vehicle; - displacement of the internal combustion engine (in cm³); - maximum net power of the internal combustion engine (in KW); - maximum net power of the electric motor (in KW); - capacity of the traction (electric) battery (in kWh); - warranty for the vehicle’s mechanical, electrical and electronic components without a mileage limit; - warranty for the vehicle’s paint coating; - warranty against perforation of the vehicle’s bodywork components; - warranty for the capacity of the vehicle’s traction motor (electric) battery; - warranty for the priority equipment installation and devices; - warranty for the communications installation and equipment. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicle purchased under the option be identical to the basic (guaranteed) vehicle. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicles supplied under the contract be factory-new, manufactured in 2026, free from technical and legal defects, approved for trading, to which third parties have no rights, and not subject to any proceedings or security interest. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate authorized service stations (name and address) for the proposed vehicle within Poland – the list submitted with the tender may be prepared by the Contractor as a separate document. 7. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract using its own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on working days between 8.00 and 15.00. 8. Detailed requirements concerning acceptance, warranty conditions and payment for the subject of the contract have been specified in the contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1.
