The subject of the contract is the supply of 6 factory-new goods vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, with incomplete vehicles manufactured in 2025 or 2026, compliant with the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The procedure is divided into 6 lots: Lot 1 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, Lot 2 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, Lot 3 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, Lot 4 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, Lot 5 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t, Lot 6 – supply of 1 goods vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 19 t. Deliveries are to be carried out in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
