1. The subject matter of the contract is: the supply of a brand-new concrete mixer truck and a used concrete mixer pump truck as part of the implementation of the task: “Purchase of equipment necessary for the modernization of road infrastructure in the Braniewo Municipality”. A brand-new vehicle is understood to mean a vehicle that has not been used and has not previously been registered with the Office’s Department of Transport. A complete vehicle is understood to mean a vehicle that jointly meets the conditions of compliance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements, together with documents enabling its registration in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The vehicles must meet the requirements for a vehicle approved for use on public roads in the territory of Poland set out in the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502). The subject matter of the contract is co-financed by the Government Polish Deal Fund Programme: Strategic Investment Programme, under the call for applications: Promissory Note No. Edycja8/2023/4537/PolskiLad. 2. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into two parts: Part I: supply of a brand-new concrete mixer truck – 1 complete construction vehicle. Part II: supply of a used concrete mixer pump truck – 1 complete construction vehicle. The Contracting Authority permits tenders to be submitted for one or both parts of the contract.
