Opportunity description
The subject of the contract is the provision of post-warranty servicing for two INNIO Jenbacher type J624 cogeneration engines, powered by gaseous fuel, hereinafter referred to as the Units, installed in the EC-SG building at 7 Starzyńskiego Street in Siedlce, consisting of constant, ongoing monitoring of their operating condition, periodic inspections, constant readiness to provide technical support, and repair activities in the event of a failure. It is assumed that the first servicing of the Units covered by this contract will take place after 16,000 operating hours for each cogeneration engine. In addition to the cogeneration engines (Units) referred to in paragraph 1 above, the scope of servicing includes: (a) consumables, rapidly wearing parts such as: oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, V-belts, the mechanical power transmission system, complete three-phase synchronous generators with protection systems, instrumentation, metering, and other auxiliary installations directly integrated with the cogeneration units, (b) the ventilation and combustion air system, including: filters, the charge-air system, the lubricating-oil system, the cogeneration-unit cooling system and heat-removal systems with pumps, heat exchangers, and fan coolers, and exhaust-gas removal systems with silencers and exhaust-gas heat-recovery systems. The boundaries of the equipment and systems of the cogeneration units covered by the servicing are: (a) the connection nozzles of the gaseous-fuel pipeline to the gaseous-fuel supply train of the cogeneration units, (b) the connection nozzles of the district-water pipelines to the heat exchangers in the engine-circuit cooling system, (c) the upper surfaces of the foundation slabs of the cogeneration units, (d) for the control system, the terminals of the collector station (DCS Ovation), (e) the generator terminals. NOTE: Together with the tender, the Contractor is required to submit to the Contracting Authority a servicing program for the cogeneration Units. The servicing program must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of the Units.
