Opportunity description

3.1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a complex of eight multi-family residential buildings (including two buildings with service premises – retail with a sales area of up to 700 m² each) with underground garages and the necessary technical infrastructure, on the property located in Wrocław at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 Stanisława Drabika Street, on plot no. 1/90, precinct 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, carried out pursuant to building permit decision no. 1600/2025 dated 25.07.2025, reference: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025, together with site development, accompanying works, and obtaining an occupancy permit and occupancy in accordance with the rules described in the Agreement. 3.2. The required scope of the Investment includes, among other things, the performance of all-trades construction works covered by the building design documentation, technical and detailed design, and drawings of particulars and details for the Investment, for which the Contracting Authority obtained a final building permit decision, comprising in particular the following works and activities: 3.2.1. construction of eight multi-family residential buildings, including multi-family residential buildings with service premises on the ground floor, two above-ground garages, accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, parking areas, access paths, installations and networks; buildings finished as indicated in the Design Documentation, apartments and service premises intended for rent,” 3.2.2. implementation of site development, including the felling of trees and shrubs, the planting of compensatory vegetation, and maintaining its viability for the period indicated in the OPZ 3.2.3. construction and possible reconstruction of networks and connections within the investment site and, to the necessary extent, beyond the investment site in accordance with the Design Documentation. 3.2.4. obtaining a final occupancy permit decision for all buildings and structures within the investment site covered by the Contract 3.2.5. occupancy jointly with the Contracting Authority to the extent indicated in VOLUME II of the SWZ 3.3.
