Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the investment project entitled “Construction of the new Marina Gdynia harbourmaster’s office”, consisting of the construction of a new harbourmaster’s office for the Marina Gdynia yacht marina, together with facilities for sailing clubs, on municipal land designated as cadastral plots Nos. 3024, 3025 and 3026, precinct 0026 Śródmieście. 2. The subject of the contract consists of two Stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation and obtaining a final building permit decision/certificate(s) confirming the absence of grounds for objecting to the submitted notification of the intention to carry out construction works. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works within the scope resulting from the design and cost-estimate documentation prepared under Stage I, referred to in point 1, together with all other accompanying works, and provision of multi-disciplinary author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design and cost-estimate documentation prepared under Stage I, referred to in point 1, as well as obtaining an occupancy permit decision by the Contractor. 3.
