1. The subject of the contract is the supply of educational and multimedia equipment for 7 preschool education institutions (OWP) as part of the project entitled “Bilingual toddlers in Nowy Sącz”. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 (in words: two) Parts: 1) Part I – supply, installation and commissioning of interactive monitors together with mobile (adjustable) stands and small equipment for 7 preschool education institutions; 2) Part II – supply of educational theatres and educational screens for 7 preschool education institutions. 3. The subject of the supply must be brand new, free from defects, signs of use and mechanical damage, fully functional, not originating from displays or refurbishment, and meeting the technical and quantitative requirements described in Appendix No. 1 for Part I and Appendix No. 2 for Part II to this specification. All supplied goods must meet all requirements enabling them to be placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland and possess the approvals, CE markings, certificates and quality certificates required by law. The technical parameters of the equipment indicated in Appendix No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements – the Contractor may offer devices with parameters higher than those indicated by the Contracting Authority. 4. The Contracting Authority requires a quality warranty for the supplied equipment offered for a period of: a) Part I: minimum 36 months (in words: thirty-six) for interactive monitors, minimum 24 months (in words: twenty-four) for the remaining items of equipment, b) Part II: minimum 24 months (in words: twenty-four) for all items of equipment. Note! Extension of the quality warranty period for the equipment covered by the contract and offered under Parts I and II constitutes a non-price tender evaluation criterion. 5. Place of contract performance – supplies under Parts I and II: Poland, Małopolskie Voivodeship, preschools located within the City of Nowy Sącz. The specific equipment delivery addresses will be provided to the Contractor within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contracts covering performance of the contract under the respective parts. 1.
