Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is—with due regard to the provisions concerning the option right—the Contractor’s performance of a task comprising: 1) the supply, installation, commissioning and configuration of 24 integrated single-sided Full Outdoor large-format monitors, resistant to weather conditions, with a diagonal size in the range of 70–80 inches (basic scope, taking into account the option right covering 12 monitors), 2) the supply and configuration of 24 licenses to use the remote content management system (CMS) (basic scope, taking into account the option right covering 12 licenses), 3) the supply and configuration of 24 network devices serving as a communication node – Router (basic scope, taking into account the option right covering 12 devices), 3) training the Contracting Authority’s employees in the operation of remote content management and network devices serving as a communication node. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in: 1) the draft contract (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ), together with Annex No. 1 to the contract entitled Description of the subject matter of the contract, 2) the Specification of Contract Terms, 3) documents concerning the FEnIKS Programme – European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (Annex No. 10 to the SWZ). The documents include: - Feasibility Study for the Project entitled: “Development of sustainable urban mobility through the construction of interchange centers and P&R facilities together with accompanying infrastructure and the expansion of the ITS system in the municipalities of the Wałbrzych Agglomeration – Wałbrzych, Boguszów Gorce, Czarny Bór, Dobromierz, Głuszyca, Jedli-na- Zdrój, Mieroszów, Szczawno- Zdrój, Stare Bogaczowice, Walim, Świebodzice” (Contractors are required to familiarize themselves with section 1.4 – tables 16.to 1.9 and with section 7), - Information from the competent authority responsible for water management, - Climate analysis, - Annex No. 3 to the application - Compliance of the project with environmental protection regulations and climate requirements, - Declaration of the authority responsible for monitoring NATURA 2000 areas.
