Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale and distribution) of E-type high-methane gas to premises/facilities used by the Contracting Authority in tariff groups from W-1 to W-6 for the needs of the Contracting Authority, as the final customer, to 656 Gas Offtake Points (PPG). 2. E-type high-methane natural gas will be used by the Contracting Authority exclusively for heating purposes. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the rules for performance of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The subject matter of the agreement must be performed in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 1.
