Opportunity description

1. Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, type E, for the needs of EKOCIECH Sp. z o.o., including the sale of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas, type E, and the provision of distribution services for 10 gas delivery points (POG) located within the city of Ciechocinek, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10.04.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended). 2. The projected quantity of gaseous fuel to be supplied during the term of the contract is estimated at 8 406 487 kWh. The above gas volume is an estimated value and may be subject to change. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 2 (Draft contractual provisions), Annex No. 1 (Description of the subject matter of the contract), No. 1a (List of the Contracting Authority’s facilities), and 1b (Fuel consumption forecast) 1.
