Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E, including sale and provision of distribution services to the facilities of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulma Family Sp. z o.o., divided into 2 lots. The estimated quantity of natural gas to be supplied during the supply period is: for lot 1 – a total quantity of 12 974 700,00 kWh, for lot 2 - a total quantity of 540 400,00 kWh. The estimated quantity of natural gas does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase natural gas in the stated quantity. Actual consumption will depend solely on the Contracting Authority's actual needs. The Contractor is obliged in each case to apply the gas price offered in the tender. The Contracting Authority currently has gas fuel supply contracts in place for: lot 1 – a reserve contract for the comprehensive supply and distribution of natural gas with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. (currently myORLEN Sp. z o.o.), lot 2 – a comprehensive supply and distribution contract with Fortum Energia S.A. (until 31.12.2026). Natural gas will be distributed through the competent Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E together with the provision of distribution services to the facilities of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulma Family Sp. z o.o., 36-002 Jasionka 942. The estimated quantity of natural gas to be supplied during the supply period is - a total quantity of 12 974 700,00 kWh. The subject of the contract will be delivered to four Gas Offtake Points. The characteristics of the individual PPGs, together with the forecast natural gas consumption, are contained in Appendix No. 8 – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E together with the provision of distribution services to the CARGO terminal at Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulma Family Sp. z o.o., 36-002 Jasionka 948. The estimated quantity of natural gas to be supplied during the supply period is - a total quantity of 540 400,00 kWh. The subject of the contract will be delivered to one Gas Offtake Point.
