Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of this contract is the PROVISION OF A COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF TYPE E HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CITY OF TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The gas supply will be carried out on the basis of an agreement containing provisions for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The gas supply will be carried out on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of a sales agreement and an agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued pursuant thereto. 2. The City of Tomaszów Lubelski and the entities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure conducted as an open tender for the PROVISION OF A COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF TYPE E HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CITY OF TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The gas supply will be carried out on the basis of an agreement containing provisions Detailed information concerning the conclusion of agreements by the City and its organizational entities is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and, on the basis of the signed Agreement (the Agreement is available for inspection at the Contracting Authority’s registered office), on behalf of: • Municipal Social Welfare Center in Tomaszów Lubelski • Municipal Roads Authority in Tomaszów Lubelski • Tomasovia Sports and Recreation Center • Kindergarten No. 1 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Kindergarten No. 2 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Kindergarten No. 5 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Primary School No. 1 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Primary School No. 2 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Primary School No. 3 in Tomaszów Lubelski • Municipal Public Library in Tomaszów Lubelski • Tomaszów Cultural Center 4. Contract – comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ: 1) The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 10 313 378,00 kWh.
