Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply including the sale and provision of distribution services for high-methane natural gas E for gas delivery points at the facilities of Adam Mickiewicz University. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ. The list of delivery points constitutes Annex A to the SWZ. The contract must be performed: 48 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement. The Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum quantity of gaseous fuel that will certainly be used by it amounts to 80% of the maximum quantity of gaseous fuel referred to in the annex to the SWZ (Draft contractual provisions), as the minimum (basic) order. The remaining quantity of gaseous fuel (20%) constitutes an option within the meaning of the Pzp, i.e. the Contracting Authority does not have to exercise it, whereas the Contractor is obliged to perform the scope of services required by the Contracting Authority under the option: comprehensive supply including the sale and provision of distribution services for high-methane natural gas E for gas delivery points at UAM facilities with an option right Procedure: open.
