Part 1. Water Supervision in Kłodzko: The subject of the contract is work involving the dismantling and removal of beaver dams and blockages in watercourse beds in order to ensure the free flow of water in the area administered by Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie – Zarząd Zlewni w Nysie (Water Supervision in Kłodzko). The basic scope of work includes in particular: 1) preparation of the site for the performance of the work, 2) removal (extraction) of the material constituting the beaver dam or blockage from the watercourse bed and depositing it on the side, 3) cleaning the watercourse bed and banks of mineral deposits, branches and other debris over a section of up to 50 m upstream of the dam or blockage location (backwater), together with tidying the area within the work site, 4) disposal of material originating from the dismantling of dams and blockages and from cleaning the watercourse bed and banks, in accordance with the applicable waste regulations, as well as monitoring and, if necessary, removing newly built dams during the period of up to 14 days from the date of the first dismantling. Part 2. Water Supervision in Ząbkowice Śląskie: The subject of the contract is work involving the dismantling and removal of beaver dams, blockages and windthrown trees in order to enable the free flow of water in the area administered by Water Supervision Ząbkowice Śląskie. The task will be carried out on the basis of separate orders issued to the Contractor depending on needs, specifying, among other things: 1) In the case of removing beaver dams and blockages: The detailed scope of work (size, location) will be specified in each notification from the Contracting Authority, the remuneration will be determined on the basis of the product of the quantity (m3) of the dam/blockage and the unit lump-sum price presented in the tender for 1 m3 of the dam/blockage, and the start and completion dates of the work will be specified in each order from the Contracting Authority. 2) In the case of removing windthrown trees: The detailed scope of work (diameter, location) will be specified in each notification from the Contracting Authority, the remuneration will be determined on the basis of the product of the quantity (units) of windthrown trees/trees and the unit lump-sum price presented in the tender for cutting down 1 windthrown tree/tree together with disposal, and the start and completion dates of the work will be specified in each order from the Contracting Authority. Part 3. Water Supervision in Otmuchów: The subject of the contract is work involving the dismantling and removal of beaver dams, blockages and windthrown trees in order to enable the free flow of water in the area administered by Water Supervision Otmuchów. The task will be carried out on the basis of separate orders issued to the Contractor depending on needs, specifying, among other things: 1) In the case of removing beaver dams and blockages: The detailed scope of work (size, location) will be specified in each notification from the Contracting Authority, the remuneration will be determined on the basis of the product of the quantity (m3) of the dam/blockage and the unit lump-sum price presented in the tender for 1 m3 of the dam/blockage, and the start and completion dates of the work will be specified in each order from the Contracting Authority. 2) In the case of removing windthrown trees: The detailed scope of work (diameter, location) will be specified in each notification from the Contracting Authority, the remuneration will be determined on the basis of the product of the quantity (units) of windthrown trees/trees and the unit lump-sum price presented in the tender for cutting down 1 windthrown tree/tree together with disposal, and the start and completion dates of the work will be specified in each order from the Contracting Authority.
