Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the “Supply and implementation of a comprehensive system supporting the affixing of qualified electronic seals to documents”, comprising: 1) the supply of six (6) identical HSM Devices together with the system software and licenses necessary for their operation, 2) the supply of two (2) identical Remote Devices, 3) the supply of two (2) identical Backup Devices, 4) the supply of Software, 5) the issuance of qualified e-Seal certificates, 6) the development and provision of the Solution to the Contracting Authority through the Implementation of all supplied Devices and Software and adaptation to support qualified e-Seals in the Contracting Authority’s system, 7) the provision by the Contractor of a warranty (Contractor’s Warranty) for the implemented Devices and Software and, on that basis, the provision of Warranty Service Services and Support Services for the implemented Devices and Software, 8) the provision of Additional Services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 1. Contract performance deadline: 1) supply of six (6) HSM Devices, within 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Contract; 2) supply of two (2) Remote Devices, within 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Contract; 3) supply of two (2) Backup Devices, within 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Contract; 4) supply of Software, within 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Contract; 5) issuance of certificates throughout the entire period of provision of the Warranty Service and Support Service; 6) development and provision of the Solution to the Contracting Authority through the Implementation of all supplied Devices and Software and adaptation to support qualified e-Seals in the Contracting Authority’s system, within 16 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Contract; 7) provision by the Contractor of a warranty (Contractor’s Warranty) for the Implemented Devices and Software and, on that basis, provision of Warranty Service Services and Support Services for the implemented Devices and Software for 36 months from the date of signing the Implementation Acceptance Protocol; 8) provision of Additional Services throughout the entire term of the Contract.
