Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of network switches to the Supreme Court. 2. The description of the subject of the contract – product form (OPZ), constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. 4. Contractors who meet the conditions concerning the following may apply for the award of the contract: 1) capacity to conduct business activities: The Contracting Authority does not specify a condition in this regard, 2) authorization to conduct specific business or professional activities, insofar as this results from separate regulations: The Contracting Authority does not specify a condition in this regard, 3) economic or financial standing: The Contracting Authority does not specify a condition in this regard, 4) technical or professional capacity: The Contracting Authority will consider the above condition fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that, during the last 3 years counted backwards from the date on which the deadline for submission of tenders expires, and if the period of conducting business is shorter – during that period, it duly performed at least 2 contracts (orders) covering the supply of network switches, with the value of each contract being no less than PLN 550,000.00 gross. 5. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (consortium, civil-law partnership), the conditions for participation in the Procedure may be fulfilled by one Contractor or jointly by all Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract. 6. The assessment of compliance with the conditions required of Contractors will be made according to the formula: “complies – does not comply”, based on the information contained in the submitted declarations and documents. 7.
