Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of new network switches – the procedure is conducted with a division into 2 lots: 1.1. LOT 1 – supply of 12 SW1 switches. 1.2. LOT 2 – supply of 28 SW2 switches. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for LOT 1 and LOT 2 is contained in Annexes No. 2.1 and 2.2 to the SWZ, respectively. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract for LOTS 1 and 2, respectively, in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ 4. The contract is financed from the funds of the Police Modernisation Programme (…) 2026-2029. The Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract have not been awarded to it.
