Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of Next Generation Firewall security devices—a complete solution comprising two brand-new Palo Alto Networks PA-3440 Next Generation Firewall security devices or equivalent devices, intended to operate as a single high-availability (HA) pair, together with a complete set of security licenses and subscriptions, a license for the Palo Alto Networks Panorama Central Management and Monitoring System for at least 1000 devices or an equivalent solution, connection modules, accessories, implementation and instructional workshops, documentation, and manufacturer support for a period of 60 months. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ). 1. The procedure is conducted as an open tender. 2. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the so-called “reverse” order of activities, i.e. it first examines and evaluates the tenders and then carries out the eligibility assessment of the Contractor whose tender was rated highest, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction. 4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of a tender in the form of electronic catalogues. 5. The Contracting Authority is not conducting the procedure for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts pursuant to Article 214(1)(8) of the Act. 7. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively to contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act. 8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts pursuant to Article 441(1)(item) of the Act, i.e. an option to increase the purchase. 9. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies. 11. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. 12. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the granting of advance payments toward the performance of the contract. 13. The Contracting Authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act. 14. The Contracting Authority does not specify requirements related to the performance of the contract regarding the employment, by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance. 15. The Contracting Authority neither requires nor reserves the obligation for the contractor or contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract to personally perform key tasks. 16. The Contracting Authority permits entrusting the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. Procedure: open.
