Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of network equipment with after-sales service and software – divided into 5 parts. The Contracting Authority declares that, as the data controller and taking into account the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RODO), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks it has identified and providing assurance that the personal data transferred as part of the procedure will be duly secured. The detailed information clause pursuant to Art. 13 RODO is contained in the SWZ. The subject matter of Part I of the contract is the supply of: 1) 12 units of 48x 10/100/1000 + 4xSFP+(1/10G) PoE switches, 2) 12 units of type 1 SFP modules: with a speed of 1Gb/s, MM, LC, 850 nm – with after-sales service – under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, and in the Model contract, constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. The subject matter of Part II of the contract is the supply of: 1) 13 units of 48x 10/100/1000 + 4xSFP+(1/10G) switches, 2) 14 units of type 1 SFP modules: with a speed of 1Gb/s, MM, LC, 850 nm, – with after-sales service – under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, and in the Model contract, constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. The subject matter of Part III of the contract is the supply of: 1) 30 units of 24x 10/100/1000 + 4xSFP+(1/10G) switches, 2) 4 units of type 2 SFP modules: with a speed of 1Gb/s, SM, LC, 1310 nm – with after-sales service – under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, and in the Model contract, constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. The subject matter of Part IV of the contract is the supply of 16 units of 12x 10/100/1000 + 2xSFP(1G) PoE switches – with after-sales service – under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, and in the Model contract, constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. The subject matter of Part V of the contract is the supply of firewalls with after-sales service and software for archiving and analyzing logs – under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1b to the SWZ, and in the Model contract, constituting Annex No. 3b to the SWZ.
