Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract (under the basic contract) is: 1. delivery, installation and implementation in the Contracting Authority’s environment of Devices compliant with the specification in Chapter VIII of the OPZ – listed in Table No. 1, together with their configuration enabling data to be transmitted to the Contracting Authority’s monitoring systems in accordance with the specification in Chapter V of the OPZ; 2. delivery of 36-month subscriptions for the Devices together with manufacturer support and a management system subscription 3. provision of maintenance services for the delivered Devices in accordance with the requirements of Chapter VI of the OPZ; 4. provision of consultation services for a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 150 hours in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter VII of the OPZ. 5. Under the equivalent contract, if it is not possible to create a cluster with the GigaVUE-TA25 devices held by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority permits the delivery of 2 other aggregation devices compliant with the described Devices, with parameters no worse than those of the Devices specified in Chapter VIII point 3, with the exception of point 3.2 of Chapter VIII of the OPZ - the Contractor is obliged to: 5.1. deliver, install and implement in the Contracting Authority’s environment the equivalent devices referred to in point 5., together with their configuration enabling data to be transmitted to the Contracting Authority’s monitoring systems in accordance with the specification in Chapter V of the OPZ; 5.2. deliver 36-month subscriptions for the equivalent devices together with manufacturer support, and subscriptions for the equivalent device management system in accordance with the specification in Chapter VIII of the OPZ; 5.3. provide maintenance services for the delivered equivalent devices in accordance with the requirements of Chapter VI of the OPZ; 5.4. provide consultation services for a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 150 hours. The consultation services will be provided under the rules set out in Chapter VII of the OPZ. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ (which also constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the Draft contractual provisions – Appendices No. 2A and 2B to the SWZ). 6. The subject matter of the contract comprises ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended).
