1. Name of the contract: Purchase and delivery, together with installation and implementation services, of network devices for the renovated and reconstructed Block A. 2. The subject matter of the contract is*: 2.1. preparation by the Contractor of the Technical Design, together with the transfer of economic copyrights to the Technical Design and derivative rights, as well as ownership of the medium on which the Technical Design was recorded; 2.2. purchase and delivery by the Contractor of the Devices and the necessary Subscriptions for licenses to use the system software installed on the Devices, or an equivalent solution**, to the Contracting Authority’s Location; 2.3. ensuring that the Contractor provides the Manufacturer’s Technical Support; 2.4. performance by the Contractor of Installation and Implementation Services, divided into Implementation I and Implementation II, together with the transfer of economic copyrights and derivative rights to the report on the acceptance tests conducted; 2.5. preparation by the Contractor of Post-Implementation Documentation, divided into Post-Implementation Documentation concerning Implementation I and Post-Implementation Documentation concerning Implementation II, together with the transfer of economic copyrights to the Post-Implementation Documentation and derivative rights, as well as ownership of the media on which the Post-Implementation Documentation was recorded; 2.6. conducting training workshops for a maximum of 10 employees of the Contracting Authority**. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and conditions for performance of the contract (including the description and provisions concerning equivalence) are set out in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Specification of Contract Terms (hereinafter: SWZ). * Capitalized terms are defined in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. ** This provision will be incorporated into the contract if the Contractor offers an equivalent solution, in accordance with the Contractor’s tender. 1.
