Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: 1. delivery and implementation of routers together with embedded software and licenses in accordance with the functionalities described in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), as well as as-built documentation and network transceivers; 2. delivery and implementation of Software not included in point 1, for the functionalities described in the OPZ for routers; 3. provision of a maintenance service for the above-mentioned devices and provision of the manufacturer's technical support for the Software; 4. provision of consulting services. The subject matter of the contract comprises ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended). The OPZ is included in Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ and in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Delivery and implementation of the supplied devices and Software (including delivery of as-built documentation) within 5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The date of implementation of the devices and Software will be specified in the Delivery and Implementation Acceptance Protocol signed by the Parties; 2. Provision of the device maintenance service, including provision of the manufacturer's support for the Software, for a period of 36 months from the date of acceptance of the implementation of the devices and Software, confirmed by the Delivery and Implementation Acceptance Protocol; 3. Provision of consulting services for a period of 36 months from the date of acceptance of the implementation of the devices and Software, confirmed by the Delivery and Implementation Acceptance Protocol. The subject matter of the contract will be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in the OPZ, constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ, and in the Draft contractual provisions, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
