Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of print and electronic press titles covered by subscriptions for the 2027 publishing year for judicial entities and CZdS IGB and KSSiP. 2. Deliveries of the individual press titles covered by this contract will be carried out successively in accordance with the publisher’s publication cycle for the given press title, while settlements with the Contractor will be made in accordance with the rules specified in the Model Contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 3 parts: Part 1 – supplies of print and electronic press to courts within the Warsaw appellate jurisdiction, Part 2 – supplies of print and electronic press to courts within the Kraków, Katowice, Rzeszów and Wrocław appellate jurisdictions and to CZdS IGB and KSSiP, Part 3 – supplies of print and electronic press to courts within the Białystok, Gdańsk, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań and Szczecin appellate jurisdictions. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for one, several or all parts of the contract. A partial tender must cover the full scope described for the given part of the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, containing a list of press titles and the number of subscriptions ordered and their format (print or electronic version), broken down by individual parts of the contract, is provided in Appendices Nos. 2.1–2.3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract – Price form. The quantities of subscriptions for individual print and electronic press items presented in these appendices are the anticipated quantities under this contract, subject to the possibility of exercising the option right described in Chapter III point 6 of the SWZ. 6. The list of locations to which the individual press deliveries will be made and their quantities, broken down by individual parts, is provided respectively in Appendices Nos. 2a.1.–2a.3. to the SWZ, together with a specification of press titles supplied in electronic form, for which the required quantity of access credentials for the individual titles is equal to the anticipated quantities of subscriptions for those titles, subject to the possibility of exercising the option right described in Chapter III point 6 of the SWZ. 7. The list of Entities on whose behalf the procedure is being conducted is contained in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 8.
