The subject matter of the contract is the management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 122 500 Mg, divided into tasks as follows: Task 1 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg, Task 2 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg, Task 3 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg, Task 4 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg, Task 5 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg, Task 6 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 20 000 Mg, Task 7 - management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, in a planned maximum quantity of 20 000 Mg, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor and/or subcontractor to employ persons under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended). Detailed requirements concerning the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under an employment contract have been specified in the Draft contractual provisions and in the Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the management of municipal waste from group 15, originating from the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw, with code 15 01 06, in a planned maximum quantity of 16 500 Mg. The quantity of waste transferred for management depends on the quantity of waste generated by residents of the Capital City of Warsaw and other factors specified, inter alia, in point 6 of Part II of the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for damages if the quantity of waste transferred for management during the contract performance period is lower than the planned maximum quantity. At the same time, the Contracting Authority declares that the contract will be performed within the minimum scope up to the quantity - Task 2: 8 250 Mg.
