Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply to the Contracting Authority of high-top tactical boots, low-top tactical boots, tactical shoes, and sports shoes, hereinafter also referred to as the “subject of the contract”, divided into 2 (two) tasks (lots), and therefore the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots as follows: 1) Task No. 1 – high-top tactical boots, low-top tactical boots, tactical shoes; 2) Task No. 2 – sports shoes. 2. The assortment, quantity, and detailed requirements concerning the subject matter 3. REVERSED PROCEDURE! ESPD ONLY FROM THE TENDERER WHOSE TENDER IS RATED HIGHEST! Pursuant to Article 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority will call upon the Contractor whose tender was rated highest to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that it was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the procedure as of the tender submission date. 1.
