Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of rainwear and accessories for occupational health and safety clothing. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 tasks (parts). A statement of estimated quantities is provided in the unit price form (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ). The quantities of the subject of the contract specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ are indicative and serve for the comparison and evaluation of tenders, subject to points 3.4. – 3.6. and 3.9 of the SWZ. The conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the draft contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for parts within the meaning of Article 7 point 15 of the PZP. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 tasks (parts), hereinafter referred to as the “Tasks”: Task No. 1: Rainwear 1. Rain jacket 2. Rain trousers 3. Safety goggles 7. Hearing protectors a) with a headband b) with helmet mounting 8. Type I high-visibility vest 9. Type II high-visibility vest 10. Under-helmet cap-balaclava 11. Large forester’s bag 12. Small forester’s bag 13. Anti-slip overlays 14. Anti-slip spikes 15. Waterproofing agent a) 400 ml b) 200 ml 16. Fleece gloves 17. Summer protective gloves 18. Winter protective gloves The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more Tasks. However, a tender submitted for a given Task must cover the entire range of products provided for that Task in the SWZ. The subject of the contract must comply with: a) The detailed description of the subject of the contract provided in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ b) The samples of the clothing assortment constituting the subject of the contract, located at the Contracting Authority’s registered office in Stargard, ul. Wojska Polskiego 119. c) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC (Dz.U.UE.L.2016.81.51) for: Task No. 1: point 1 - Rain jacket, point 2 - Rain trousers, Task No. 2: point 1 Shoe covers (gaiters), point 2 Polarized glasses, point 3 Dust half mask, point 4 Dust filters, point 5 Safety glasses, point 6 Safety goggles, point 7 Hearing protectors, items a and b, point 8 Type I high-visibility vest, point 9 Type II high-visibility vest, point 13 Anti-slip shoe overlays, point 14 Anti-slip spikes, point 17 Summer protective gloves, point 18 Winter protective gloves The documents listed in point 3.3 a) - c) of the SWZ complement one another, constituting the entirety of the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
