Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of office furniture, medical furniture and social and office equipment to the Military Institute of Medicine – PIB. 2. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. A single package is considered a lot of the contract. 3. The contract has been divided into 6 packages. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions set out in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 5 (applies to packages 1-6) to the SWZ. 6. The contract is being implemented under grant agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03- 0016/25-00/113/2025/206 for Project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0016/25 entitled “WIM-PIB in the process of transforming the Polish healthcare system – innovative solutions for a sustainable future” under measure FENX.06.01 Healthcare system, st priority FENX.06 Health of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme 2021-2027. In connection with this, the Contracting Authority requires the performance of the contract to comply with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle, pursuant to Art. 17 of EU Regulation 2020/852, i.e. “do no significant harm”.
