Opportunity description

1.The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the university’s teaching facilities at ul. E. Kwiatkowskiego 6e, buildings A, B and E in Koszalin, within the scope specified in the Procurement Specifications (SWZ) and the Pricing Form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the technical requirements are contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into lots. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. The need to coordinate different contractors performing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract, as well as cause excessive technical difficulties or excessive contract performance costs. The subject matter of the contract is suitable for performance by small and medium-sized entities. 4. The Contracting Authority will apply the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of conducting a site visit to the place where the contract will be performed as an auxiliary activity for the purpose of properly preparing the tender, after agreeing the date and time with the Contracting Authority in advance. Conducting a site visit is not a condition for participation in the procedure. 1.
