1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the educational facilities of Koszalin University of Technology at ul. Śniadeckich 2 in Koszalin (buildings D, E, G, H, I, F and connecting structures A-D, C-E, D-G, G-H, E-F, F-I) within the scope specified in the Specification of Contract Terms (SWZ). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of a variant tender. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 5. The Contracting Authority is not dividing the contract into lots. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. The need to coordinate different contractors performing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract and could also cause excessive technical difficulties or excessive contract performance costs. The subject matter of the contract is suitable for performance by small and medium-sized entities. 6. Detailed provisions concerning the performance of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ. 7. The Contracting Authority will apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 8. The Contracting Authority will apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 9. The Contracting Authority permits a site visit to the place where the contract will be performed as an auxiliary activity for the proper preparation of the tender, after the date and time have been agreed in advance with the Contracting Authority. Participation in a site visit is not a condition for participation in the procedure. 1.
