Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is a cleaning and cleanliness maintenance service in the UAM buildings. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 - cleaning and cleanliness maintenance service in the University Auditorium building at ul. Wieniawskiego 1 in Poznań - The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex A to the SWZ Lot 2 - cleaning and cleanliness maintenance service in the teaching building of the Institute of European Culture, the Sports Hall, and the Canteen building at ul. Kostrzewskiego 5-7 in Gniezno - The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex B to the SWZ The contract must be performed within the following period: Lot 1: 12 months, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, and if the tender procedure is prolonged – from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2027; Lot 2: 10 months, i.e. from 01.11.2026 to 31.08.2027, and if the tender procedure is prolonged – from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.08.2027. The subject matter of the contract is described in Annex A to the SWZ– Description of the subject matter of the contract The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 112 of the Pzp Act, specifies the following conditions for participation in the procedure: 1) Economic or financial standing. Contractors who have third-party liability insurance covering their business activities in the field of cleaning facilities for an amount of at least PLN 700,000.00 may apply for the award of the contract. If submitting a tender for several lots of the contract, the contractor must have insurance for an amount equal to the product of PLN 700,000.00 and the number of lots for which the Contractor submits a tender. Documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: A document confirming that the Contractor is insured against third-party liability in respect of its business activities related to the subject matter of the contract for an amount of at least PLN 700,000.00. 2) technical or professional ability: Contractors should demonstrate that, during the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, or, if the period of business activity is shorter, during that period, they have duly performed at least two cleaning and cleanliness maintenance services (contracts), each of which: 1) included within its scope the cleaning of an internal area of at least 2,400.00 m2 2) was provided continuously for a period of at least 12 months, and shall attach evidence confirming whether the service shown was duly performed. Note: One cleaning service means a service performed under one contract. In the case of services being performed (i.e. commenced but not completed): - only the completed part thereof will be credited toward the required knowledge and experience, - certificates relating to such services should have been issued within the last 3 months before their submission. If the Contractor relies on experience in the performance of services carried out jointly with other contractors, in the list of services performed it shall indicate the services in the performance of which it directly participated or participates. Documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: A list of services performed and, in the case of periodic or continuous services, also services being performed, during the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, or, if the period of business activity is shorter, during that period – performed in accordance with the condition specified in Chapter V sec. 1 point b) of the SWZ, together with evidence specifying whether those services were performed or are being performed duly, whereby the evidence referred to shall consist of references or other documents issued by the entity for which the supplies were performed and, in the case of periodic or continuous services, are being performed, or, if for a justified reason of an objective nature the contractor is unable to obtain such documents - a contractor's declaration. In the case of periodic or continuous services that are still being performed, references or other documents confirming their due performance should have been issued within 3 months before their submission. Documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: A document confirming that the Contractor is insured against third-party liability in respect of its business activities related to the subject matter of the contract for an amount of at least PLN 700,000.00. 2) Condition concerning technical or professional ability: Contractors should demonstrate that, during the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, or, if the period of business activity is shorter, during that period, they have duly performed at least two cleaning and cleanliness maintenance services (contracts), each of which: 1) included within its scope the cleaning of an internal area of at least 3,900.00 m2 3) was provided continuously for a period of at least 10 months. Documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: A list of services performed and, in the case of periodic or continuous services, also services being performed, during the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, or, if the period of business activity is shorter, during that period – performed in accordance with the condition specified in Chapter V sec. 1 point b of the SWZ, and attach evidence specifying whether those services were performed or are being performed duly, whereby the evidence referred to shall consist of references or other documents issued by the entity for which the supplies were performed and, in the case of periodic or continuous services, are being performed, or, if for a justified reason of an objective nature the contractor is unable to obtain such documents - a contractor's declaration.
