The subject matter of the contract shall be supplied by depositing in the consignment stock located in the Operating Theatre the assortment specified in the Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for the Package and in the quantity indicated in Part D, point I.2 of the SWZ. The Contractor shall replenish the consignment stock each time it receives a “Consumption Report”. Detailed rules governing the operation of the consignment stock are set out in § 4 of the Draft Contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 7. The supply of endoprostheses constituting the subject matter of the contract involves making instrumentation, i.e. a set of tools for their implantation, available to the Contracting Authority. The instrumentation shall be transferred to the Hospital under a handover report, but shall remain the property of the Contractor throughout the entire period of use. Making the appropriate instrumentation available also requires training the Contracting Authority’s employees in the use of the subject matter of the contract. 8. The instrumentation shall be made available in accordance with the rules established in Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 9.
