Supply of orthopaedic materials. The Contracting Authority awards the contract divided into tasks: Task 1 – Cementless and cemented hip prosthesis Task 2 - Cemented knee endoprosthesis, anatomical, condylar, with the possibility of retaining or removing the cruciate ligaments. Possibility of extension with a revision system based on the basic system, consisting of wedges, stems and screws. Task 3 - Dual-mobility cementless and cemented hip endoprosthesis Task 4 – Trauma implants Task 5 - Plates, trochanteric nails, implants and elastic nails Task 6 – Bone cement Continuous supply of cementless and cemented hip prostheses together with bone cement. The Supplier guarantees the creation of a “deposit” containing the full range of types and sizes of prostheses together with bone cement constituting the subject matter of the contract, and its replenishment after individual assortment items have been used. For the duration of the contract, as part of the subject matter of the contract and the agreed remuneration, the Supplier shall lend the Contracting Authority a complete set of instruments for the implantation of the prostheses constituting the subject matter of the contract.
