The subject matter of the contract is: Maintenance of municipal toilets in the City of Katowice. Part I – Comprehensive maintenance and operation service for municipal toilets located in Katowice at Rynek 5 and ul. Tylna Mariacka. Part II - Comprehensive maintenance and operation service for municipal toilets located in Katowice at pl. Wolności, pl. Andrzeja, pl. Miarki, pl. Szramka, pl. Powstańców Śląskich, ul. Panewnicka, pl. Wyzwolenia 21. Part III - Comprehensive maintenance and operation service for municipal toilets located in Katowice at pl. Miast Partnerskich, in Bogucki Park, in Budniok Park, in Wełnowicki Park, in the park at ul. Leopolda, in Kościuszko Park. 1) The subject matter of the contract is: Comprehensive maintenance and operation service for municipal toilets located in Katowice at Rynek 5 and ul. Tylna Mariacka. 2) The detailed scope of work for each part of the contract is specified by: a) the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (respectively for each part), including the technical specification for the services together with the average operating costs of the individual toilets in previous years; b) the draft provisions of the contracts, constituting Annex No. 12a to the SWZ, c) Calculation of the tender price for the individual toilets, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is: Comprehensive maintenance and operation service for municipal toilets located in Katowice at pl. Miast Partnerskich, in Bogucki Park, in Budniok Park, in Wełnowicki Park, in the park at ul. Leopolda, in Kościuszko Park. 2) The detailed scope of work for each part of the contract is specified by: a) the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (respectively for each part), including the technical specification for the services together with the average operating costs of the individual toilets in previous years; b) the draft provisions of the contracts, constituting Annex No. 12c to the SWZ, c) Calculation of the tender price for the individual toilets, constituting Annex No. 1c to the SWZ.
