Opportunity description

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, among other things: 1) renovation of the basement, 2) renovation of the roof covering, 3) renovation of the attic, 4) installation of damp-proof insulation on the foundation walls, 5) construction of a perimeter strip around the building, 6) replacement of door joinery, 7) renovation of the stairwell, 8) renovation of residential unit No. 19 (vacant unit), 9) electrical works including: - replacement of the internal power supply line and common-area circuits, including installation of lighting fixtures, - installation of switchboards: main and residential, and the main fire safety switch, - installation of the lightning protection system and equipotential bonding, - installation of the intercom system, - installation of the RTV-SAT system, - installation of structured cabling, 10) sanitary works including: - installation of the cold-water and sanitary sewer systems and installation of fittings and sanitary fixtures, - dismantling of the internal gas system. 11) production, delivery and installation of an “information board for residents”, in accordance with the “Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for Marking Investments with Information for Residents”.
