Opportunity description

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, among other things: 1) renovation of the basement, 2) installation of damp-proofing, 3) renovation and modernization of ventilation, 4) renovation of the roof, 5) replacement of window joinery in residential units and in the basement, 6) reconstruction of the layout of residential units in connection with the separation of bathrooms, 7) thermal insulation of the basement ceiling, attic ceiling and ceiling above the stairwell, as well as the attic walls, 8) renovation of the façade, 9) construction of a perimeter strip and pavement around the building, 10) electrical works comprising: a) replacement of the internal power supply line and common-area circuits, including the installation of lighting fixtures, b) installation of distribution boards: main and residential-unit distribution boards, and the main fire safety switch, c) installation of a lightning protection system and equipotential bonding, d) installation of an intercom system, e) installation of an RTV-SAT system, f) installation of structured cabling, g) electrical installations in the units in connection with the reconstruction of the unit layouts, 11) sanitary works comprising: a) installation of central heating, domestic cold and hot water, and sanitary sewerage systems in connection with the separation of bathrooms within the layout of the residential units, b) dismantling of the internal gas installation. 13) production, delivery and installation of an “information board for residents” – within 7 days from the date of taking over the construction site from the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the instructions for Contractors entitled “Rules for marking investments with regard to information for residents”.
