Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the maintenance of greenery in parks and green spaces located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Rzeszów. The service contractor will carry out the following work throughout the entire city: 1) mowing lawns, collecting litter, maintaining plantings – up to 723 ha, 2) felling and maintenance and sanitary pruning of trees and shrubs – up to 1,330 units, 3) establishing and maintaining lawns in parks and green spaces – 5 ares, 4) other activities necessary to be performed in parks and green spaces – in the quantities indicated in the price form, 5) ongoing maintenance of playgrounds – 12 months, 6) planting, care, and maintenance of plant material in containers and seasonal flower beds – 44,966 units. The above activities will be performed in parks and green spaces with a total area of approximately 200 ha. For the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor must have: - the authorizations required by the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste, to the extent necessary for the management of municipal waste, - an agreement concluded with a regional municipal waste treatment facility or substitute facilities designated to serve the Central Region in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the acceptance of municipal waste and waste from the maintenance of green areas.
