1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of spare parts for HONKER wheeled vehicles. 2. A detailed Description of the subject matter of the contract, together with the quantity and assortment specification, is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract/Price Form. 3. The subject matter of the contract must meet the requirements described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract/Price Form. 4. The terms and conditions for performance of the contract are set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 5. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of exercising the option right within a scope not exceeding the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract/Price Form. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a performance bond to be provided before the contract is signed. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid security in this procedure. 8.
