Opportunity description

The parts supplied must be brand-new, of good quality, undamaged, free from hidden defects, and must comply with the description contained in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. Deliveries of remanufactured parts or parts assembled using remanufactured parts are not permitted. The supplied parts and vehicle equipment items related to the safety of their use and environmental protection, listed in Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), must meet one of the conditions specified in § 10 of the aforementioned regulation.
