1. The subject of the contract is the supply of tires, inner tubes and inner tube flaps for the Military Equipment of the 4th Logistics Brigade, divided into 4 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an option right in this procedure. 1. With regard to task No. 1: Summer tire 225/65R16C Continental ContiVanContact 200 or equivalent product* in a quantity of 4 pcs.; Winter tire 225/65R16C Michelin Agilis Alpin or equivalent product* in a quantity of 4 pcs.; Summer tire 225/65R17 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 or equivalent product* in a quantity of 4 pcs.; Winter tire 195/65R15 Uniroyal MS Plus 77 or equivalent product* in a quantity of 4 pcs.; Summer tire 235/65/R16C in a quantity of 5 pcs.; Summer tire 205/75R16C Michelin Agilis 3 or equivalent product* in a quantity of 4 pcs.; Winter tire 215/70R15C Kleber Transalp 2+ or equivalent product* in a quantity of 5 pcs. 2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an option right in this procedure. * Any provisions contained in the SWZ and the Contract Notice indicating the type, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract shall be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples only and do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. When offering an item equivalent to the one described, the Contractor is obliged to maintain equivalence with respect to the performance, functional, dimensional and quality parameters specified by the Contracting Authority as equivalence parameters. The burden of proving that the products offered are equivalent rests with the Contractor. 1.
