Option right: Note: In accordance with Art. 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility, under the conditions referred to in the Option Right, depending on current demand and the receipt of additional financial resources, to increase the quantity of the subject matter of the contract beyond the scope of the basic (guaranteed) contract by a maximum of 100% of the quantity for each material item specified in the assortment and quantity price list, at the unit prices offered in the submitted tender, with a corresponding increase in the basic (guaranteed) remuneration.
