Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical materiel supplies (tśm) for military equipment, divided into 7 parts (tasks): task No. 1: 5.56 mm MSBS GROT carbine task No. 2: 7.62 mm BOR (Alex) sniper rifle task No. 3: 7.62 mm UKM;PK machine gun Task No. 4: 23 mm ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun Task No. 5: Optoelectronics Task No. 6: Sights Task No. 7 - Composite helmet wz.2005 2. The requirements, quantities and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Terms, which the Contracting Authority will provide to Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. 4. Contract performance deadline: The contract shall be completed by 30.11.2026. 5. Under this agreement, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to an extent not greater than that indicated in § 2(2) of the Agreement. Exercise of the option right by the Contracting Authority will be initiated by sending an appropriate notification to the Contractor. 6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
