Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of traction batteries, rechargeable batteries, tires and spare parts for handling equipment and lifting devices. in accordance with the procurement documents. The scope of the contract has been divided into 13 parts (tasks): − Task No. 1 – Traction batteries; − Task No. 2 – Traction batteries; − Task No. 3 – Traction batteries; − Task No. 4 – Rechargeable batteries; − Task No. 5 – Rechargeable batteries; − Task No. 6 – Tires; − Task No. 7 – Tires − Task No. 8 – Spare parts − Task No. 9 – Spare parts; − Task No. 10 – Spare parts; − Task No. 11 – EX traction batteries; − Task No. 12 – EX traction batteries; − Task No. 13 – EX traction batteries; 2. The description of the subject of the contract and detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract are included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Operational and Technical Requirements (WET). 3. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price form for individual tasks. 4. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Operational and Technical Requirements (WET), as well as in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions (hereinafter PPU). 5. The conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 1.
