Poland – Parts of locomotives or rolling stock – Supply of the auxiliary converter power module for 48WEb vehicles

Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of the auxiliary converter power module for 48WEb vehicles, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Appendix No. 2.1 and Appendix No. 4 (Draft Agreement) to the SWZ. 2. The offered parts must: - strictly comply with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ, - be original, brand-new, free from defects, meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, and be free from third-party rights, - meet the requirements specified in the Draft Agreement. 3. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract if they: 1) are not subject to exclusion under the circumstances referred to in Article 108(1) of the Public Procurement Law, provided that in the Procedure the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in Article 108(1)(1)(h) of the Public Procurement Law, and in the case referred to in Article 108(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in that provision has been convicted of an offence listed in Article 108(1)(1)(h) of the Public Procurement Law; furthermore, they are not subject to exclusion under the circumstances referred to in: - Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (Official Journal of the EU, L 229 of 2014, p. 1, as amended; hereinafter “Regulation 833/2014”), - Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special measures to counteract support for aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514, as amended; hereinafter the “Sanctions Act”); 2) meet the conditions for participation in the Procedure specified by the Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor is obliged to make the delivery to the place specified by the Contracting Authority in the Order, located at one of the locations indicated in point 2.1.2 of the notice. 1.
