Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical materiel for K2 tanks, divided into 3 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Procurement Specifications, which the Contracting Authority will provide to Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the contract to be completed within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but no later than 30.11.2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires first). 5. The Contracting Authority provides for an option right in these proceedings. The deadline for performance of the Agreement under the optional contract is set at 30 days from the date on which the Contractor receives the relevant notification referred to in § 1(10) of the agreement, but no later than 30.11.2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires first). The Contracting Authority's exercise of the option right will be initiated by sending the Contractor the relevant notification within 30 days from the conclusion of the agreement for the basic contract. 6. The Contractor shall have no claim against the Contracting Authority for the performance of optional supplies.
