1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical material resources for RADMOR military radio stations. 2. The scope of the contract has been divided into 21 tasks. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract will be made available to Contractors invited to submit a tender in the second stage of the procedure, to Contractors invited to submit a tender. 4. The detailed terms and conditions for performance of the contract will be included in the draft contractual provisions, which will be made available in the second stage of the procedure to Contractors invited to submit a tender. 5. The Contracting Authority will require the submission, in the second stage of the procedure, of evidence relating to the subject matter in the form of a statement issued by the manufacturer of RADMOR radio stations confirming the conformity and compatibility of the offered subject of the contract with RADMOR radio stations. 1.
