Poland – Passenger cars – Supply of passenger cars and passenger off-road vehicles

Opportunity description

This notice concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter DPS), taking into account the following assumptions: 1. The subject matter of contracts awarded successively under the DPS will be the supply of C-segment passenger cars, D-segment passenger cars, and passenger off-road vehicles. 2. Supply of C-segment passenger cars a) The subject matter of contracts awarded successively under the DPS will be the supply of category M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 exhaust emission standard. b) The Contracting Authority intends to award contracts for vehicles with enclosed bodywork of the following types: sedan, liftback, fastback, estate, hatchback, combivan, SUV, c) The Contracting Authority estimates the total number of vehicles ordered at approximately 280 units. 3. Supply of D-segment passenger cars a) The subject matter of contracts awarded successively under the DPS will be the supply of category M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 exhaust emission standard. b) The Contracting Authority intends to award contracts for vehicles with enclosed bodywork of the following types: sedan, liftback, estate, hatchback, c) The Contracting Authority estimates the total number of vehicles ordered at approximately 50 units. 4. Supply of passenger off-road vehicles a) The subject matter of contracts awarded successively under the DPS will be the supply of category M1G, N1G vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 exhaust emission standard, . b) The Contracting Authority intends to award contracts for vehicles with the following body types: pick-up, estate, c) The Contracting Authority estimates the total number of vehicles ordered at approximately 30 units. 5. To confirm that the cars offered meet the Contracting Authority's requirements, the Contracting Authority will require the following subject-matter evidence to be submitted together with the tender: Specimen EC certificate of conformity for complete vehicles or a copy of the EC Certificate of Conformity for complete vehicles. The Contracting Authority will inform Contractors of the need to attach subject-matter evidence to the tender each time in invitations to submit tenders. 6. The Contracting Authority will request the submission or supplementation of subject-matter evidence in accordance with art. 107 of the Pzp Act. 7. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 8 of the Pzp Act. 8. The Contracting Authority does not envisage a site visit. 9. Performance of the contract does not require employment under an employment contract. 10. The Contracting Authority does not require the employment of persons referred to in art. 96 sec. 2 point 2 of the Pzp Act. 11. The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements concerning the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively by contractors referred to in art. 94 of the Pzp Act. 12. The Contracting Authority does not stipulate that the Contractor must personally perform key tasks. 1.
